2. A review of your organization’s request and the division of the items into each of the specialized consulting or implementation departments would be conducted.

1. Examining the most efficient, effective, and agile ways to advance your plan
2. Our consultants compile a list of potential solutions

1. Holding an in-person or online meeting, presenting the solutions that will assist your organization in advancing its goals
2. Feedback on the proposed solutions will be received and you will be asked to make a decision regarding moving forward with the proposed plan

1. In conjunction with you, we will draft the pre-contract and schedule the progress of the project
2. An introduction meeting between you and HAAMI’s project development team will follow the signing of the contract

1. Holding meetings with stakeholders within your organization to advance projects under our supervision and with your encouragement
2. The design, engineering, and implementation of technological platforms required for any project if the organization so desires.

1. Each product and service is subjected to technical testing
2. The holding of consultation meetings and the presentation of phase by phase of each of the outputs of the project, as well as a breakdown of the project teams

1. Upon completion of the project, checking the effectiveness of the proposed structure as well as receiving feedback from the beneficiaries
2. Providing continuous plans by consultants if ongoing cooperation is required

A partnership contract will be signed to provide mutual services to the partners and customers of each party at your discretion.
